Open House Signage

To ensure a safe and organized open house event, we kindly request that the placement of open house signs be limited to the front yard of the house only and only on the day of the event. For the sake of community aesthetics and respect for Common Element grounds, signs may not be posted on any part of the Common Element grounds, including streets, medians, streetscapes, or walls. Any signs found on the Common Elements will be removed and disposed of. Please ensure that all signs are constructed of weather-resistant materials and do not exceed the size of 18"x 24". 

 

A maximum of one temporary realty sign advertising a home for sale or rent may be located on the front yard of the Lot. The sign can be placed on a pole no higher than five (5) feet or in a residence window. All signs must be professionally constructed of weather-resistant material, and their size must not exceed 18"x 24". Sold signs may only be displayed thirty (30) days after the sale.
